Seriously, why IS it called cocking the gun?

I am very aboard with this, tested it briefly and it seems to work as intended |

apparently the M41A (and presumably all the other modern faction rifles) have autococking, and I don't really feel like introducing lore inaccuracies into the game today. |

Title is kinda self explanatory, loading a mag no longer automatically cocks the gun for you, and you have to do it yourself by pressing unique action, trying to fire without a chambered round now also makes the gun click.
